Summary:
Nice climb (90min, 2500ft) to trailhead. Winding XC at the top to a great viewpoint. The twisty slow speed technichal XC descent. A couple of "interesting" obsacles but nothing too knarly. No whacko big hit stuff here but a challenge to even the adrenaline junkie. Summary: The best XC style ride on this planet.

Recommended Route:
Get a map from any kelowna bike shop.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Get the Crawford map. Been riding here 4 years and still haven't found everything.

Summary:
More ups than downs,{climbing that is}Theres no real flow ,we were always pushing our bikes endlessly and for no good reason. Half of these so called technical areas was not worth the sweat and the other half was no more than all right at the most.

Recommended Route:
Ask the guy with the attitude at the bike shop. Which guy you ask? oh ya, all of them.

Summary:
This is a really good trail with a nice climb and long decent. Fast single-track with some steep chutes and an excellent switchback section. The trail has a bit of everything.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Once at Flamingo Flat's, continue on down Bullwinkle or Little Bones for more technical riding, or down the Twisted T for some fast single track.
