Mostly cross country with intermediate downhill sections. Trail like its name has a lot of dead fall on it. Winds its way abouve the road through the trees for about 3 kilometers, then joins up with Long Svoboda. The approach up Svoboda road is not fun, but the trail(s) make you forget the climb pretty quick. i would recommend this trail to someone looking for an intermediate level ride in the Nelson area.

Summary:
Nice and rolly trail. The logs across the trail get you nice and warmed up. Charge down this trail and you will end up on the road you just rode up. Take the trail and you have a choice of a couple trails. Hey Stinky, if you want drops go straigt down the trail after the bridge. Take the trail that starts with the long bridge ride off the trail to your right and hold on.

Recommended Route:
Go up. Way up.You will see a trail head soon after the gate on a switchback. Keep going up.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
That last trail with the bridge opener is very technicle. (13 steps of doom)

Summary:
It starts out with a twisty up and down bit, with LOTS of logs. When it heads downhill, it is steep and twisty. If it's wet, all the exposed roots make it very slippery. It's a very fun trail, but it could use some bigger drop offs.

Recommended Route:
