Mt Agnes - Groundhog Lake

10 km almost all uphill with a few short downhills to make you forget the burn in your legs. The trail leads up to an alpine lake and a overnight cabin. An amazing downhill ride with lots of small jumps and rollers. Fast.

Summary:
The problem that some people might have with the trail is that you ride down the same trail you came up. It is not a round trip thing. It can be if you talk to the people that live in that area. Anyway, the trail is fast. It is wide and nice. The cross ditches that are 30-40 feet apart make nice jumps. Some nice turns with added downhill shoots make the trail very enjoyable. I highly recommend this one for those who have the need for speed with some adrenaline pumping stunts to keep you on the edge. If you have been riding for a while, enjoy the limits of your ability. If you are just beginning, do take it a little slow. Know your bike. Later
