, from montana Summary: Ridiculously big, long and exposed. Two locals were cool enough to let me tag along when I met 'em at the first stunt section. No granite slabs but everything else a proper sicko could desire. Sections so steep you couldn't downclimb if you wanted, super flowy log stunts, sweet airs and more forearm pump than should be allowed. Viva BC and the trail building gods who toil there. Props to Canada in general for tolerating this kind of thing. Recommended Route: We made it up the Mt Buchanan Lookout road in a Subaru but I'll take my F250 next time. Burly road. Once you're on top just follow your nose down the hiking trail. Other recommended trails in the same area: Mister Skinny

, from nelson Summary: HUGE vertical descent, lots of skinnies, tonnes of buff trail, hucks till you die, log rides galore, a middle section so steep you'll be ragdolling like you did at the ski hill all winter, and one fawqin HUUUUUGE gap jump at the bottom that looks like a 50ft medievel catapult(still not quite finished as of fall 2001, so you still have an excuse not to hit it, ....yet.) this trail is the shit, and you'll be getting worked more than your mama was last night (just kiddin). But ser-e-assly this trail is pretty cutting edge as far as stunt quality, and the steep section is about as steep as a trail can get before you start to free-fall!!!checkit out Recommended Route: see that lookout station on top of the mountain closest to Kaslo, just go up there and ride the monster man!! Other recommended trails in the same area: um, hmmmm, there is this place to the south of here that I heard has lots of trails
