Katie Colin Memorial Trail
6 reviews
 3.83 of 5

The Katie/Colin or KC Trail is an Advanced/Extreme trail with plenty of 1 to 2ft log drops, steep sections and log crossings. This is one to do with your seat down. If you like your big ring, be prepared to walk alot. A couple cool features are the "subway buns" and the double log drop. Not for the faint of heart. The trail comes out on the road you climbed, and across the road is a connector trail to prudential

Summary:
After riding this trail a few times, I find it really cool. With my new bike, I can actually lower my seat (no wonder it was so hard before). Pads help too. This trail has nifty steep stuff and nifty logs (not nifty when wet, however) and nifty turns.

Recommended Route:
the only one

Ridden Trail:
Every few months

Summary:
This trail is challenging, so don't ride it if your not an intermediate or better rider (phil). It will spank you and your bike dependent on your skill level "RESPECT". This trail is similar to Rubberhead (20 minute drive away) and adds great diversity to an "easier to ride" trail network (Prudential, Paranoia left and right, Mailbu). Come to Salmon Arm and ride!!!

Recommended Route:
Only one way down. Finding the trail is challenge.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Rubberhead, White Lake Downhill, Adams River Run, Kal Park.

An awesome trail, it has not a bad climb for the challenge it gives you, bring tools, i waited half an hour for someone who did not have a chain breaker. bring cables as well. lots of steep downhill, you cant get much speed, unless you like to eat wood.

Recommended Route:
The trail.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
