Downhiller Summary: This trail is not for the faint of heart. If you are into man made stunts (skinnies, wall rides, gaps, 6ft + drops) then you will be in heaven. This trail when combined with 4 lost souls will give you the most stunts in the shortest period of time than any other trail around. As of yesterday, both of these trails are in need of some repair. Quite a few stunts have been broken and many others need some TLC. 80% of the stunts are still all rideable and the trannies are still decent. This combo of trails are my favourite around for the thrill factor. Recommended Route: I recommend walking up the power access rd and then up the Dentist. It will give you a chance to look at all the stunts before you head down and hit them. The end of the Dentist will be on your right hand side just as you go through the shaded tree area before the climb to the radio tower and Randy's trail. There is a yellow Noon's Creek fish habitat sign on the left. Head up the trail on your right. Other recommended trails in the same area: 4 Lost souls

, from Port Moody Summary: This is now one of my favourite trails. I'm a high intermediate rider and this is perfect for me. It starts out rocky and then becomes twisty , tight singletrack. It does not have the man made ladders like the 4 Lost Souls or the B&A. Just steep, winding, technical singletrack. You have to cross Noons Creek at one point which is always fun. A Great Trail! Recommended Route: We rode up the Lungbuster and it seemed to take forever. I like Willis' idea and try the Decapitator only when you come out on the Lungbuster, take a right to get to the Dentist and not a left. A left takes you up higher but that's o.k. if you want to start with the 4 Lost Souls which feeds into the Dentist across Lungbuster. Other recommended trails in the same area: 4 Lost Souls, Randys, The Wall
