choose your poison, it has most to offer, ramps, jumps, bridges, fast technical, easy-outs for wimps, scary options for nutbars, everything for a "leisurely" jaunt in the woods. bring your armour you are gonna need it.
"at the bog", hook up with a local it's the best way to go. This can be done as a pure shuttle run if wanted, you can access trailhead by car and run all the way down into town.
Summary: This is prolly one of the best trails in penticton (besides knucle duster , witch is acsesed off code 4 to the righ)(theres a sing)
Recommended Route: Go up the bog road untill you find a small parking lot type of thing and then there's a double trak going to the left and one going to the right. Take the double track to the right and follow it (a very very long climb, but it's worth it) the road come's to a "T" shape and follow it left through a tight single track that has few thing's to ride and then you will see a sing that says "CODE 4" follow it!
Other recommended trails in the same area: Knuckle duster , apex , campbell.

Summary: Well its pretty freakin cool but not like extreme with a capital X, but if you suck it will kick your ass. the best stunts are the ramp jump between the 2 trees, and Emergency Exit (a big high log on a steeep grade its cool). Code 4 meens Dead Person in Paramedic jargon but its not that crazy a trail. fun as hell though...
Recommended Route: Just ride the bog till the crutches sign and follow the trail. first time I took the bog I went Code4 and Ive never done it any other way. also once you get to the bottom and to the parking lot and tables, you can follow another trail to town (it has like dirt jumps and rythm sections, not so many ramps etc.).
Other recommended trails in the same area: there are tons going up all over penticton, talk to the shops..
