Cross Country Rider Summary: This trail is great. It's a pretty tech ride for me (as I am on a hardtail) with plenty of freestyle sections. There is now a new entrance trail built from Rainbow Park. The access spot is in the upper parking lot. Recommended Route: Either direction; some freestyle sections are built for one direction, but the majority can be ridden from both ways. Other recommended trails in the same area: Danimal North and South. Lower Sproat.

Weekend Warrior Summary: You ride on elevated ramps as much as on dirt. The log ride over the river is something you don't want to try unless you have good balance. You might save yourself, but your bike will go in the river if you waver off the log. A thrill a minute. I haven't seen anything like it in the states. The bike park is big fun, but save some time for A River Runs Thru it. Recommended Route: Only a 15 minute ride from Whistler Village. Ask for directions. Other recommended trails in the same area: Train Wreck.

Weekend Warrior Summary: Wow, a river runs through it and about a million roots. I rode this on a rental bike following a girl guide who flat smoked me. She made the stunts look easy, I made them look hard, but I did a lot more than I thought I could. Being from SoCal I found not only the stunts to be a challenge, I was amazed at how hard it was to deal with all the slippery roots. I have a whole new appreciation for what technical means and a huge respect for the people I saw cleaning sections I was struggling with. This was a very fun ride! I felt fortunate to complete it with only minor scrapes and bruises. I'm glad I was on a rental, 'cause I crashed the puppy hard. Although I may have crashed less on a bike that I knew and was set up right for my big ass. Recommended Route: I rode top to bottom, but people ride both ways Other recommended trails in the same area: The park rocks for downhill

Downhiller
, from Whistler Summary: This trail is growing expodentially. I don't mean in size but in stunts. This year has been an unreal year for putting in advanced and beginner lines. A lot of changes to the trail that are for the best. It made some sections feel easier but in reality with the advanced line and intermediate line they put on every stunt now it is really good for 'most' users. Anyone that actually rides the shore regularily will find it pretty common, but hey it still kicks ass. Other recommended trails in the same area: Mels Dilema, Blueberry (kind of hidden and short but very fun)
