The best combination on XC and DH. Sometimes fast, sometimes slow, fun, tough, occasionally scary. Traction changes constantly due to weather. WET- rock bad, dirt good. DRY- rock good, dirt bad.

Summary:
This trail has it all. By the end of the long long descent, you are a better rider from the trail throughs at you. Especially if you link it up with the water shed portion of the ride. This is what mountain biking is all about, it can be done with a fully rigid, or fully suspended bike. Aren't choices great?

Summary:
Sweet ass trail, that is the only way to describe it...better when damp though because the really dry dirt makes for a slippery surface!! When you come to the for of monkey challenge and view.....take VIEW!! Sweet ass trail!!...but if you don't believe me come to Comox and find out yourself!!

Recommended Route:
Always take the shit of to the side of the trial....It can be big but it is damn fun. This trail though is damn easy to get lost though if you don't know the way so you might want to ask the local bike shop (simon cycles in comox down by the harbour) for the route. I think that they also have a map.

Summary:
Very scary at some parts, nice and easy at others. 2 Sheiks is an awsome trail. Some sweet gaps at the opening section, and some hair rising rock faces make this on of my favorites. You don't have to be an expert with a 5000 dollar bike to ride this trail, but if you're a rider who squezes their brakes the whole way down a steep section., this trail is not for you.
