Downhiller Summary: 7th Secret starts out as a somewhat flat, winding singletrack that empties out into some smaller ladders and logrides. This is a good trail for intermediate riders verging on advanced riders. This trail is located very high up on Mt.Fromme and therefore requires quite a lot of climbing for it to be accessed. A fun trail, in my opinion it is worth the 40-60 minute climb. Recommended Route: Climb 7 switchbacks from the top of Mountain Highway. 7th is near the end of the seventh switchback and a clear sign indicates it's entrance. Other recommended trails in the same area: Pipeline (easier)
Ladie's Only (harder)
Crinkum Crankum (around the same level of difficulty)

, from N. Van, BC Canada Summary: LIfetime resident of the shore, and it is a favorite. Top is redone with stunts of not to extreme nature with rolling, technical trail features. Not hard by standard but excellent for night riding. Combined with Griffin an excellent run for the not to sick in the head. Do not underestimate the trail, it will hurt if taken for granted. Fun and fast or easy and slow, your choice. Recommended Route: do not deviate unless you know the area. skidder roads abound and will get the unweary lost. Easy to follow and rather obvious Other recommended trails in the same area: Granny, Bookwus, Ladies, Upper Oil, Squeaky Elbow, Per Gynt......

, from Vancouver, WA USA Summary: This would be an expert trail most places in the US, but as it is in the home of Good Riders, it's just average to easy. I love it, lots of rocky streambed riding, natural terrain, technical, but cleanable, and not much exposure the last time I was up there. Nice trail! Recommended Route: Up road, down trail, then catch Ladies. Other recommended trails in the same area: Pipeline, Ladies Only
