, from Yale Summary: pretty easy single track can be done by anyone with a bike with functioning brakes. Lots of sweet bridges(especially on amy fisher) Huge jumps all over the mountain and Big drops lots of few 7 footers 2 tens and a 13 footer. These drops can be taken way huger if you want. It all depends on how fast you go and how much medical insurance you have Recommended Route: Milk Toast, PaperRoute, Wasp Nest, Spin Cylce, Amy Fisher and if i feel frisky i'll go back and do speedway Other recommended trails in the same area: SUMAS is a wicked trail. Too much work unless you get a ride

, from abby all the way!!!! Summary: well i already used alot of detail so all i got to say is that ledgeview is the best trail in the valley. But i suggest drive the extra hour drive to the north shore. Recommended Route: i dunno. just climb a big freakin hill. for all u cross country guys, this should be no sweat. for al the freeriders and downhillers i suggest trying to drive your truck up as far as you can.once u get to the top theres like a place where a tv tower used to be. theres treee ways u can take. the easiest way would be the one on your right. the middle level intermadiate and the one on the far left is harder. If you go to the one on the left i suggest you have a freeride or downhill bike. It starts with a 4 foot drop!!!!!! SSSSSWWWWWWWWEEEEEEETTTTT!!!!!!! Other recommended trails in the same area: there arn't too many others i can think of but, i can think of sumas mountain and vedder mountain. I dont know excactly how far they are but your next best bet(if your two lazy to drive into vancouver or to do ledgeview) would be sumas mountain. All I got to say now is KEEP ON RIDING MY PEEPS!!!!!!!!
