Top half is rough and not too well maintained. Some stteps and even some climbs (bike on the shoulder). Lower down there's more man-made stuff. Big steep log rides, bridges, ladders, burms and hucks all on a super steep mountainside. Near the bottom it flattens out but the stunts get crazy. 20foot high log ride to 8' drop. Intense long ride.

Summary:
This is probably the best trail on fromme because it is the longest, has the some of the best stunts and it's never muddy because no one ever rides it.

Recommended Route:
Good luck finding it

Summary:
all i can say is this is my favourite trail of all time. yes it is a bitch to get to, and yes it is a very long ride up, but it is the longest, steepest, and freshest trail on the north shore. since so few people know about it, it is not tracked out at all. this trail has it all: sweet, long, steep, curvy sliders; high and skinny bridges with big drops at the end (9'ish); steep, banked, downhill ladder bridge corners; big hucks of course; and last but not least some easier, fast open sections. happy riding=)

Recommended Route:
if you are not a local, too bad for you. this one is our secret for only the true local shore freeriders!

Summary:
Do not ride this trail unless you have lots of time. Once you leave the switchbacks you're out there... and its long and intense. The top section has poor flow with some steep stuff but also two places where you have to hike up - straight up. The rest of the trail is built up with gnarly stunts. This is not a nice controlled environment like pink starfish or even the circus. This is dark and unrefined ridden by only a few people a week. Of all the trails on the shore, this is the scariest... a wicked, evil and isolated epic. Congrats to whoever built it! This trail gives me freaky nightmares.

Recommended Route:
don't ask

Other recommended trails in the same area:
pink starfish, upper oilcan, circus, walk in the clouds
