Summary:
this trail is all rebiult and kicks ass. there are drops ranging from 4ft to 12ft. lots of fun, unless you ride it everyday, then it gets boring. theres a new teeter-totter thats 8ft high and 6 inches wide. its a challenge. somewhat experienced riders only, you can really get hurt there. Oh, its not called the swollen ass, thats a gay name, its called the "mini shore"

Recommended Route:
take the trail by the water treatment plant then hang a right at the bench.

Summary:
Today is a sad sad day for the swollen ass. What was once a ground for frolicking (on bikes), has become a cesspool of destruction. Some dumbass!@#%#$%#$^@^^$^#$@&^&^***( saigon whores have made the awful mistake of tearing a part our beloved swollen ass. May God have mercy on their souls because the sweet train of revenge is coming. Anyway no sense in going to this trail any more as it will no longer exist. Ten thousand swollen asses to this once awesome trail.

Recommended Route:
the only route

Long live the swollen ass.

Summary:
This trail rules, as it was built by a friend and I. There has be much rebuilding going on since the last two reviewers rode it. It has now been built a little more rider friendly. The first long bridge is wider, but its a whole hell of a lot higher and the drop is now back up to 4 feet. Much rebuilding and improvements to our swollen ass shall be done to make it probably the best hardcore trail in the Grande Prairie region. For built stunts that is. Get out and ride this trail. Email me for directions. Oh, Helmet is definitely a must, as i broke mine off a drop. Armour is not a bad idea, and You can ride a hardtail. We ride our cross country ones on it all the time. Live to ride!!!!!!!!!

Recommended Route:
The only route

We will be constructing another trail as soon as this one is done called Buff Gardens (pronunced BOOF) and if you go out to the dunes there is some sweet drops off sand dunes, and whoops and such.
