As your going down golf course road (the one in dickens feild)you'll come to a big hill, thats paved. Go off to the right on a dirt trail and keep going straight till you come to a ridge almost and go right. As you go thought this single track stuff you come to basically a fork, go to the left and your on your way to little fisheries. Its fun.

Summary:
used to be a good single track trail. now the quads and dirt bikes have ruined it by making it wider and less chalnging. it is still by far one of the better trails in fort mac we just need more people to care about the trail and a better police / bylaw force that will actualy confiscate atvs and charge their drivers for ridng in city limits on a public trail system

Recommended Route:
once you can ride it back wards up the fire road about 20 times then your allowed to do the single track first... its mor chalanging this way.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
none.

I would have to agree with my buddy kyote don't swim... if the beavers don't eat ya the fever will... and it's only about 8-10 km...unless you do it 2-3 times I guess...

Recommended Route:
...thou shallst be able to climb thy trail before thou shallst descend...

Summary:
this trail is a god send to the people of the north. the singletrack is twisty like a sweet piece of red licorice. the downhill is excellent either way. one more thing that is no pond in the middle, look up giardia lamblia i would not recommend swimming

Recommended Route:
either way it is a good ride. way more fun starting up top on the single track cause the downhill is such a blast coming home, bad part is you finish with a bugger of a climb

Other recommended trails in the same area:
goat path
