It used to be an old motocross track and some guys still ride out there. Lots of jumps, drops and pretty steep shutes. Some technicle trails but mostly short steeps to show off on.

Summary:
Happy Valley has been opened up into a broad array of trails. Not long but some fun rolling terrain with some steep climbs. Some of the trails that were there but not fully maintained or covered with dead fall are now clean. The upper shelf to the south of the dirt bike track across the two steel bridges is the best riding with the most challenging terrain, most of it if not all is double track/highway. You can make this ride as difficult as you want, aerobically that is.

There is also a great set of trails to the SE of happy valley accessed from the south part under the train tressel. Its a great ride over there if you can find it.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
The single track is outside of happy valley across the newly installed foot bridge over the creek to the east. Head north or south at the fork. Not the longest trail but fun and some what technical.

Can also be accessed from the top of 'heartbreak hill' on the right heading towards the dump.
