, from Goode ol' Lethbridge Summary: This trail was awesome, and is even better now that some very nice people fixed it up and put in some more drops (2-4ft) and bigger drops. Thers is a drop almost every 10ft. this is the gnarlyiest trail in leth. Recommended Route: Ride on the trail between the west side hill bridge and par 3 (all the trails combine into one) look on the right (of course) until you see a couple drops coming in from two coulie vallies and go up, the trail splits in two go up on the right, come down on the left. there are 2 entrences to 'the muff' you'll see the first one, go up andother 10-12 feet, its worth it. Other recommended trails in the same area: Secret Ninja, ewok vil. widow maker

, from Leth/Lang Ab/Bc Summary: very quick and may be ridden at many levels if you are a beginner just roll over the drops, i however suggest hammering it and take them all. some of the corners are sandy so take care if you use your brakes much. I wipe out on the same sandy corner. Recommended Route: ride down heritage (the road directly across from safeway, the one with lights) till you cannot go any farther (on road) and look for a trail follow the trail to the coolies edge where you will find entrances to Suicide, some crazy muff wanabee trail(much harder to ride clean),and then the muff Other recommended trails in the same area: the unnamed trail beside the muff (towards the train bridge), ewok, deer trails, five mile

, from Lethbridge Summary: This is a wicked ride and has to drop ins but I sugest you take the higher one. You drop in hit a sorta burm and rip it all the way down. There are jumps, drops and burms. You want fast and fun check it out. Oh ya obvousily the new york boys don't know what the hell they are talking about that we have no trails. What is a matter you guys couldn't find no trails; that is cause you were to busy stopped in a bush sucking eachothers gay cocks you fags. ahaha Recommended Route: Follow all the others peoples directions I don't feel like typing them out Other recommended trails in the same area: The slopes, suicide, dutchmans, the DS track.

, from Leth. Summary: This is just as sweet as everyone says it is!! If you don't like it and think it's boring, then try and ride it faster than before and hit the drops and jums bigger!! If you're scared, that's just too bad!!! Recommended Route: From the parking lots in Indian Battle Park Ride south to the Whoop Up drive bridge and cross it heading west. Ride through the tunnel you will end up being almost directly across from your vehicle. Take the singletrack about 1/2km north until you hit a drainage ditch, look up to the west and there is where you get shot out!! Other recommended trails in the same area: If you keep on traveling north, there is another trail much like this one. Just keep an eye out on the left as you are riding north. I don't know the name of this though!!
