Weekend Warrior Summary: This trail is pathetic. About as much fun as a half a frisbee. No scenery. Recommended Route: Don't take any routes! Other recommended trails in the same area: If you want to Mtn Bike then head to the mountains, otherwise jump on the road bike and head up to Nose Hill.

, from Calgary, Alberta Summary: The climb is not hard if you are in shape and is definately worth it. On top, there are som really nice ledges and places to give your bike hell. There are many gullies and steeeep downhill terrains. Recommended Route: Non really... You can access this great park from every side for it is just covered with paths. Other recommended trails in the same area: Fish creak park is great.. try it

, from Kamloops, BC Summary: You can really have fun on the numorous trails that surround the park. From the second parking lot go to the left, there are some fast paced down hills there. Be prepared to hit some steep uphills. They need to cut some of the brush from some of the trails, if you go into them fast you will get nasty cuts (talking from experience). All in all the park is filled with different terrain and skill levels. Bring lots of fluids with you, the air is pretty dry once you get going. Have fun and watch your limits! Recommended Route: Make your way to Shaganappi Tr, from there go NW to the second parking lot (reletively the top).
