Foxy Run Trail

Trail is very straight forward and is great for the beginning rider. This trail loops around the town and is mixed in with fine gravel terrian, asphalt and sled and quad trails.

Trail Directions
Trail is very easy to find. The trail head is on the left side of the fitness center building situated near the drilling rig tourist attraction. Take the turn off into Fox Crack at the Husky station and go up Kaybob Drive and turn left toward the RV park and then left again.

Summary:
The trail is very simple and anyone with riding skill will get bored easily. The only difficultly on this trail is dodging pedestrian traffic and coping will muddy conditions on the sled trail. I usually ride in Edmonton and Kanaskis so this trail is only good for a cross speed workout. There are no real down hill sections, but there is a toboggan hill just off the trail near the Horse club that I use to work on climbing technique. If you in Fox Creek and want to ride, I would instead recommend a day of tune up to your bike followed by a run/jog on this trail.

Recommended Route:
I recommend running with your bike instead of riding.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
None, the Fox Creek area is too wet and muskegy for any good riding. Even if you were to ride on sled and quad trails
