, from Edmonton area Summary: tough uphill grind, followed by a fast winding single track, then a blazing double track. the trail could be marked better, as it is a network. suitable for beginners if they take it easy. Recommended Route: trail head at snow creek

, from EDMONTON Summary: Lots of fun when the trail is dry. Recommended Route: The trail head is located in the Snow Creek Provincial Recreation area. Other recommended trails in the same area: See the good people at Frontier Lodge, if you ask nicely they may let you in on a few of their secrets.

, from edmonton Summary: go during hunting season, slap on a set of moose antlers and grow a beard for the true experience! Oh yeah, and use your nice rigid frame for the downhill section Recommended Route: there is 1 long, grinding uphill, then a super-fun technical downhill first and a fast fireroad right after!! Other recommended trails in the same area: any in Rocky Mountain House area
