Lots of singletrack branches from multi-use gravel trail. Mostly smooth, fast singletrack; moderately hilly with a few challenging uphill and downhill sections.

Summary:
Beautiful scenery in Canada's largest and oldest city park. Hours of technical trails. Large variety in sections and in trails.
Races.

I have spent summers driving in from out of town to bike here, definitely worth the drive.

Warning: Level of technicality doubles with rain.

Recommended Route:
All single track off main route through park. There have been wooden signs added at the entrances of the main trail through Rockwood Park which have been mapped.

Video: technical difficulty gradually increases throughout video...

Summary:
Hours of fast, flowy, technical trail. Large roots and bedrock sections make and climbing and descending fun and interesting but hardly slow you down. Climbs and descents are short, which also keeps the flowing going. Rockwood almost makes me wish I lived in SJ.
