Cross Country Rider Summary: Mostly rocky, rooty singletrack with short moderate hills. Some sections are tight and lumpy, while others are more flowy.
I often see hunters at Claudie. Watch out especially during deer season, as there are a couple of deer blinds overlooking the trail.

Weekend Warrior Summary: this is a follow up to the original review and a call to locals to share their knowledge of the trails here. It has come to my attentionn that there is more trail here than originally thought. Post reviews with direction so that the community can grow. Recommended Route: I just found another section of trail at the claudie. so to recap I am writing specific directions to the trail heads that I know.
1. heading up road towards gilridge on left you will see singletrack if you miss it you will see a fourwheeler track along the power lines and the other trailhead is about 10-15 feet from road on left of wheeler track.
2garbage road go up road until it forks take right fork then you will see singletrack on right, if you go downhill you went to far. this is the substantial trail loops. CLimbs till you don't see singletrack anymore then take wheeler traack to the left the next section is on right up again and now take overgrown road to the the right next section is on the left.
3. the new section is easy to find if you look but the trail is raked but the trail heads are not so I am leery of posting details until I can find the builders, this trail is new maybe a couple of seasons from the look of the cuts and the a-frames

Weekend Warrior Summary: This is a decent place to bike, there are two sections of singletrack. The section beyond the golf club is a little better than the other. There is a decent amount of climbing and some fun downhills, nothing too difficult, but it is fast downhill singletrack(no switchbacks) Recommended Route: park just past the road with the garbage and start climbing.
