Ridden Trail: Every few months

Reviewed by: chris Summary: as above Recommended Route: Did I say left at the top of the hill, I meant right and the right onto the ridge. If you see shaun, manx, gaz or kieran out on the trail tell them I miss riding with them and will visit soon Other recommended trails in the same area: There's plenty out there if you keep looking and watch for the dogs

Ridden Trail: Once a week

, from HONG KONG Summary: Not having much alternative in Hong Kong, this trail is indeed short + sweet and a real find. Mostly narrow technical single track with some faster and steeper sections mixed in. There are a few trails leading off to keep it interesting. Can be ridden either way and combined with the concreted paths on the island to make a loop. Let's just hope the Hong Kong attitude of 'If it's a trail - it must be concreted' keeps this route as it is. Recommended Route: Ferry to YSW (on Lamma island) either from central or Aberdeen)From the top of the Concrete road up from YSW, take the narrow single track to the right (not the concrete path leading down). Once on the ridge just below the trig point, turn left for excellent downhill. Main trail follows ridge until ends at Youth Hostel. Other recommended trails in the same area: On Lamma island there are other trails, which are worth exploring, but be prepared for some pushing thrown in as well.
