Trail Directions	From North Luzon Expressway, take San Fernando Exit 66. Go past Gapan-Olongapo road and head for Mariveles though Roman Highway. Stop at Sagui Cafe (about 10 kms after Petron Refinery) where you can leave your car or truck. Start the 5-km gradual ascent along the paved road. Turn right in front of the TOTALFINAELF Oil Depot sign. This rocky double track is the trail head. It starts with a 2-km bumpy downhill ride. Down there is the crystal-clear water of the river flowing from Mariveles Volcano. Across the river is a steep single track that will lead you to the peak of the hill where you'll have a superb scenic view of Manila bay and Corregidor Island. From there, it will be a sweet 7-km downhill stretch through a web of tight singletracks that cut though bushes, bamboo woods and, trees. The web of trails will coverged on a double track that will intersect with the paved road where you've started (beside the gate of Villa Paroma Subdivision). Sagui Cafe is 100 meters left from the intersection. Rehydrate!

Summary:
Superb route for biking. Great view, great swim! This rugged trail is possibly connected to the Bataan Bonanza Trails, I hope the local bikers will find the way soon.

Recommended Route:
Alternate way to reach Mariveles from Manila via fast ferry to Orion Bataan (hourly 6Am-5PM). It will save you hours but will add on a few miles of road biking.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Take the Damulug Barangay Road in Orion,Bataan (about 3kms ride from Fast Ferry Terminal), it connects to a netmork of rolling trails that will lead you to Dulsulan Falls in Pilar (about 40 kms, back of historical Mt. Samat). You'll have enough time for bot epic ride and swim, and will sure catch up the 5PM ferry trip back to Manila.
