Summary:
This is not a trail, this is a damn fine epic journey esp. if followed / preceeded by the Karakoram Highway.
If you like to ride for days on end (about 8 to be expected) and never see another cyclist than this is the ride for you. BE PREPARED AND IN SHAPE!!! Your bike parts will break and there ain't no fancy-pants bicycle shops to be located within the nearest international border (or two) to find that QR front skewer you may be in need of (ie author above). Nonetheless don't overdo it either. One set of paniers recommended only. Gladly drop me a line for more info.

Recommended Route:
DON'T get yerself lost in Mastuj like other types before (or make a huff about it)
DO take the wee bridge across to Mastuj instead of the road bridge (well, if you like climbing with your bike up loose scree)
