This is the venue for many mountain bike races. There are XC and DH tracks. The XC track consists of fireroads and singletracks. The climbs can really shoot your heart rate high up in an instant. The descents are also exciting. There are roots, ruts, drains that you have to cross. Since this is a rubber estate, beware of mosquitos. There are other parts of the estate that hv not been ridden.

Trail Directions	From the Subang Airport go further towards Sungai Buloh until you reach a T-junction with Caltex gas station on your left. Turn right. About 500 meters, you will find the Rubber Research Institute on your left. The trail is on your right. Park your vehicle outside the gate.

Summary:
Bloody DH track always gets ruined by foliage and under growth! Changes all the time!
XC track great for riders of all levels.
But wish they kept um DH track nicely trimmed and prepped up.
