Summary:
I did this race back in the day as well as a couple DH races in the area later. The Gancheon challenger isn't worth it, unless you're really really into fireroads -- which doesn't rank in my book. I give it one flaming hunk of kimchi for this reason.

None. Explore.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
None, but they are there. You just have to explore because no one has documented the Chuncheon area which has some of Korea's most beautiful mountains. In Seoul, visit Namhan Sanseong (Honeybee Trail, perhaps the favorite real singletrack in Korea) or Acha Mtn. East of Chuncheon, try the two-day Baekdu Daegan alpine ridge ride (starts at a town called Winggae).
