If you are coming from Penang, take Penang Bridge and go towards Kuala Lumpur direction on North South Highway. Exit before Juru Toll plaza. You will not miss it since it is the only exit before the toll. Take left at the first traffic light and then right at the second traffic light. You will see another traffic light again, take a left turn. You should be travelling in Malay village now. Go all the way, cross the railway gate until you hit a T-Junction in front of you. Make a left turn and again go all the way until you hit the next junction(traffic light). There should be a signboard saying go right to Kulim and left to Bukit Mertajam. You turn left. On your left you should see a mosque now. Just opposite to the mosque, which is on your right, there's a single lane. You turn and go all the way. A sign board of Ceruk Tekun/Bukit Mertajam Recreational Forest should greet you. Park your car and get ready to bust your lungs!
