Cross Country Rider Summary: This trail is great and long, as others reviewers have pointed out, nice climbs, singletrack, downhills, etc. A bit of everything for everybody. It's a nice workout! Best time to go is during the week, avoid Korean holidays and weekend mornings, as Koreans love to hike their trails. After a few miles the heavy pedestrian traffic disappears and only the hardcore fitness walkers and mountain lovers hang on. If you don't speak some Korean just learn to say "chogiyo", which literally means "over there", and shout that at the pedestrians as you approach them. They will generally move away without complaining, depending on the tone of voice you use. Be kind and they will be kind too. Alot at least two hours to explore this trail system, more and you can explore even more. Recommended Route: Other reviewers have already given good directions from nearby Osan airbase. Other recommended trails in the same area: South of Camp Humphreys there are good mountain trails on the way to Asan city. North of Osan there are nice trails near Suwon. Korea's west coast is dotted with low mountains and there are lots of small to medium length trails. The east coast is very mountainous, with steep hills, also great trails there, albeit more technical.

Weekend Warrior Summary: This is where it all started for me (im 16 now). In season, i get out there at least once a week. The 3 climbs at the start are tough but if you ride them enough and get familiar with the lines, they are very doable. (well the climb to the pagoda takes everything you got). First rode it back in 98-99. Didnt start making it worth while until this last year. Its the only convenient trail around so i have to like it haha. It has everything you can ask for. Downhill, singletrack, killer climbs, a great view. oh and CLEAN AIR which is hard to come by in korea. If you want it to, it can last all day. Always more fun with company. I generally ride with the GI's from the base. On a weekend, you are bound to run into one. During the week its solo for me. Recommended Route: Like everyone else said, get to highway one. Its by the pedestrian bridge. OR down the road from my apartments. Other recommended trails in the same area: There are all sorts between the base and the "10 mile lake". Not neccesarily designated but who wants to ride the same trail ALL the time.

, from Osan Summary: Before you even attempt to start riding the trail leanr how to say "excuse me" or "coming through" in Hankook. This can be a fun ride, but is way too populated and takes away from the fun of the speed you CAN reach on the down hill. Once you learn the trail, i recommend going backwards so there is more downhill and more challenging. Recommended Route: Just as everyone else has said. Over the trian tracks and go along route 1 to the right until just past the pedestrian crossing and it's on the left. Other recommended trails in the same area: The temple run, weak need not apply!

, from Osan AB, ROK Summary: This trail is ok. It basically seperated into three main sections, giving it the nickname "triple threat". The trail loops around to make a horseshoe and is about 16km long. It is not a very technical trail, but it does have a few good downhill sections and a short but fun single track section. The main drawback to this trail is that it is heavily populated by people walking, especially on the weekend. The best times to go would be either early morning/afternoon or late evening. This trail is good for beginner riders like myself. But for more experienced riders looking for something to challenge them may want to look elsewhere. Recommended Route: Easiest way from Osan AB is out the main gate make a right. Make your very next left and follow that road over the bridge through a couple intersections until the road winds left. The next main intersection make a right. Stay on the left side of the road, and the trail is on the left just past a pedestrian overpass Other recommended trails in the same area: Mubong
