Trail Directions
From Flower Road, go north to Shin-Kobe (the bullettrain station). Cross the tracks over a brigde just to the east of the station. Starting heading uphill on the road, eventually you'll come to a big temple area. Go through here. then work your way up the mountain. Lots of networking trails and some steps to carry up too. Ask how to get to Futatabi Park. Eventually your find your way to the top, and blaze back down the mountain. After a few rides you'll learn the trail for the best non-carry route.

I did this course running south off the road that runs along the "spine" of the Rokko Mountain range. The first part east of the "Shokkubutsuen" abortorium was Ok but the middle was very rocky and not very ridable.
The last 3rd was very easy footpath.

Recommended Route:
I would not do this trail again.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
The three trails directly south of Mt Futatabiyama east of route 428.
I have not done the Mt Suwayama track yet.
