This trail is ok for a quick ride. The first half is hiking with your bike to the top. Here you can see some great views of Sagami Bay. After that, it's up again and then finally some fast downhill singletrack. This trail is 50% hiking and 50% biking.

Take route 134 towards Yokosuka, turn right onto route 207 and on your left you will see a very steep hill. This is the start of the course.

As above. I have ridden this trail once, it's ok, but if hiking with your bike is not your thing, then don't bother.
