This trail is a good all mountain trail and has a few different options. Plan to hike a bit and get ready for steep downhill sections.

this trail is a lot of fun the only downside is that you have to push your bike basicly all the way to the top but coming back down is a thrill and a if you have the right bike you can get down crazy fast. from the top you sett off a little hill with a few S turns and come up to a stair case to ride down. then after that you get to a power line tower and the trail continues straight through. follwing this is a series of me technical S turns then there is a y section and either way you go is very challenging. to the left is a drop off (small) but heads into two trees in the middle of the trail. the other s very dangerous because if you dont break and turn left fast enough you will fly down the mountain and go straight into the wilderness. then there is more S turns. and leads to a fast paced section. then you proceed up this little trail and get to one of the best views of the entire iwakuni/yamagichi area. continue down another fast pased area and you will come to another set of technical S turns. then you come to the halfway point and it is very flat with trees all around. heading further down you will pass this worn down building/mechanical equipment, and come to a small bridge and after the bridge you come to a very narrow part of the tarain (not alot of room to pedal. this next part is fun but its dangerously rocky. you can pick up speed very fast and if you fall you are going to get hurt. my overall experience with this trail is that i loved it Minus the pushing and the spiders. but the technicallity and the speed you get is very thrilling i would recomment this to anyone who is looking for an adrenaline rush. not really for just starting out. but if you have a full suspention and know how to ride i recomend highly.
