zig zag-fingerpost track

Average Rating:    (3 of 5)

starts out with a couple of hundred metres of cruisy gradual single track, heads into extreme rocks, bolder drops, and trials style downhill. Side of track drops away steeply so be careful. This track is quite crazy and this'll sound dumb but don't bother unless you're a very experienced rider. track follows more boulder, drop offs and chutes until it gradually settles down into mild rock gardens and beautiful flowing single track, when you reach the springs, turn up the road about 20 metresuntil you get to the fingerpost trail head, this track is not very technical, just fast flowing single track which crosses the road at various points where ther is often a technical chute re-entry. this track is awesome but short, ending out at fingerpost rd bellow fern tree. This is actually an illegal trail for bicycles but the local bikers ride it anyway, but it is sort of accepted that all walkers are treated politely and the track should be yielded to them, it sucks but that's the way it is..
