fu trail 1st 1/2 fast moving 2nd 1/2 slightly harder a bit more uphill. suposed to be a waking track but mostly for mtbers like us!at end go through park to start final 1/4 and you will finish inside St Ignatius college. watch out for dark haired shorter guy (GIJO) if you want to ride stairs in the school(worth it) if caught ride off cause e will threaten to confiscate ur bike which i'm sure he cat do anyway. just say fuck you and ride off. ive been caught severa times. well worth the trek if u arent near by!

Summary:
ok there are many routes within this track. the standard xc route which even a 5 year old can do starts from lane cove road to tamberine bay. however there are some very technical sections in the bush for anyone into a bit of downhill. the start is on the side streets of lane cove road about 200 meters up the road from the xc section. it is about 300m were it is about 60 degrees slope(recomended only 4 people living in the area. not worth travelling 2). also there r north shore ladders in the bush with drops from 6 foot plus.

Recommended Route:
For get the road.

Summary:
The first part is definitly the best bit. Soon it begins to feel like your riding on a walking track (well you are!). Just when the track gets low to the inlet (first time) it gets worse, but some fun more technical stuff to keep you awake. I wouldn't take my wife as it's a bit fiddly for a novice. It's good as a close ride, but too short and not as fun as other rides to worry about travelling too far to it. When you get right next to the cliff there is some rock climbing making the journey more worth while. It's a low cliff with a fair bit of bouldering, but some normal stuff too (about 10m high). There are some old carrot bolts, that are rusting and some are removed. Have fun

Recommended Route:
As above

Summary:
The up hill parts (only really small)are a bit annoying beacause there is no real route for us mtb. and watch out for the stump at the top of one of the hills near the caves its a real little shit.

Recommended Route:
Follow the sign to tambourine bay.And there is another mtb track at the end to the left when you come out at the car park. The track is really easy if your an average rider.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
bulli,thredbo,jindabine, and oxford falls
