A lot of different trails for all skill levels. Go to bikeaddiction.com.au for map and detailed trail description. I would recommend Grizzly Glory trial, which really rocks.

Summary:
I went after a huge amount of rain and i have to say it was one of the most fun trails i have riden. Oxford Falls is my usual choice, but some stuff there is for the brave or foolish only. All of RedHill is ridable and can be riden hard. Alot of the ground is clay which makes an awesome slippery surface for crazy single track and challenging uphill. Good tyres like Tioga DH or something to get the clay out is a good idea in the wet. Some drops lead into puddles upto a foot deep. As you head down to the sport and rec centre there is heaps of fast single track with combinations of smaller drops (1-3 foot) over rocks.
This is a good trail complex if you are riding alone and don't want to risk a big big crash. You can still push really hard and have heaps of fun.

Recommended Route:
Entry near the driveway to Cromer Golf Course. Go up the fire trail then turn right up the top and enter the trail.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Oxford falls is harder and more technical in every way. Still has some easy stuff to push really hard on, or you can go off 20 cliff drop. Its got it all.

Summary:
this is a pretty cool area with a lot of trails that are fun to ride. a fair bit of single track and stuff that is hardish in some which is always good. grizzly's glory is a particularly good trail that is really fun. if you feel like doing a bit of jumping there is a bmx park with a lot of dirt jumps that can be worked over. at the sport and rec end there is a really cool spot to stop at and look at the cool view over the lakes and valley, then ride a fun downhill track to the dam, before coming back up.
basically a really cool place to ride and have a fun day

Recommended Route:
start anywhere really, lady penrith drive is good to start at though

Other recommended trails in the same area:
oxford falls, manly dam ok, two creeks
