this is a great track for practice, it has it all, tight technical single track, loose climbs, river crossing... make sure those shocks/arms are working well, only takes about 1 hours or so.. good short ride

Trail Directions
Look on the map for Nth Parramatta... you can't miss it... but anyway, just head up church st from parramatta and turn right at factory st (st after pennant hills rd), take your first left, and the follow the road to the right as it forks at shops... then just follow the lake parramatta signs... once you get in there just follow the path all the way around the lake and it dumps you back out near nth rocks rd

Rode it today... lots of new track been formed but as good as i remember it... mix of firetrail & single track with technical ascents/descent

the only downside is the length of the ride.. which is about 7kms return from the entrance of the park probably about 15kms return from Parramatta station....

BUT there seems to be lots of diversions from the main track worth discovering

in all honesty, if you live around Parramatta, this is teh quickest way to get offroad!

Recommended Route:
just follow the main trail
