I went to the website listed to get the map, liked the looks of it and decided to give it a shot with a mate when we spent a weekend riding up the coast. Short of it is that while the trails may be well marked, the starting location is not and the quality of the map provided on the website is dismal. We ended up starting in the wrong spot for trail 3 which resulted in us hiking up Mt Mothar... not a pleasent experience in humid 30 degree weather. It was not made any easier by my chain breaking 8 km in to what turned out to be a 25km ride (or walk because mt mothar is steep as hell). The downhill section was quite nice but noway worth the walk up. I can't comment on the other trails, but trail 3 still goes up mt mothar so I can't see it being any more pleasant than what we did.

Recommended Route:
Don't rely on the dodgey map!

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Seems to be lots of good riding on the s'shine coast - get a local rider to point you in the right direction.
