Gandys Gully

A relatively unknown downhill single track, with small manmade jumps, rocky sections, drops, washouts and a natural stepped section. There are a couple of different tracks down, depending on how confident you are. Go to the top and start the ride through the jumps and corners. Go off the 2 metre drop, past the power pole and take the fast wide rocky section on the left or the more technical tracks on the right. Its then into sweeping single track, over the stepped rocks. Wind through the creek bed and pop over the washouts. The track finishes with some fast sweeping corners.

Trail Directions
It's a great track to do runs on (if you can find a sucker to drive you). Go to the top of the Parade to Auldana/Skye. Take Coach Rd on the right until you get to a dirt carpark with a gate. This is where you get on your bike. Take the fire track to the top of the peak (down then walk up!) and find the narrow track. The track finishes at Gandys Gully Rd. Watch out for stray bullets going past the gun club at the bottom! (I don't think they mind!) Map http://www.whereis.com:80/whereis/mapping/maplink.do?maplinkId=125968&brandId=1
