The Knob Reserve
1 reviews
 3 of 5

A reserve set aside for public recreation. Also an aboriginal camp site of the past. Check out the signs at the top of the hill. The trails can be ridden in either direction. From the cattle grid at the entrance you can go up the hill to the left or follow the sealed road to the oval. It is possiable to ride to the river on single track but it gets very sandy and hard to ride. The best trails are allong the edge of the reserve.

Summary:
The size of the reserve is small you can ride all the tracks in about 1 hour. You can't get lost, just have fun, all the tracks are single track. Watch out for the horse riders, once a month its pony club and occasionally (like now) there are cows.

Recommended Route:
Turn right at soon as you cross the cattle grid, This way will have you on single track for about 2 km. just after the first very short decent, turn right and travel towards the river. This is the best track but it doesn't go anywhere. turn around when it gets sandy.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Blores hill, the pines anything towards licola.
