, from NYC/BOSTON Summary: First time trying downhill riding. Make sure your bike has both front and rear suspension - we rented our bikes there. the whole day cost us 68 bux. It was well worth it. I'm a beginner and it took me about a half hour to get comfortable going downhill - i learned to trust the bike and after that I had a great time :-) just used my brakes A lot!!! The xcountry roads on the side of the mtn were really cool also - lots of rock hopping to be had there :-) Enjoy! Recommended Route: Stay to the right and take the MTB trail Hancock loop

, from nyc Summary: Please, folks... Don't waste your time. The staff are lame, the trails are wack. Shame too 'cause the place has world class potential. (Hint to owners)- Take a feild trip to Plattekill, then rush home and put some kids to work in those woods of yours. Or better yet, hire me! Recommended Route: What? Don't you mean "recommended fire road"? Other recommended trails in the same area: spent an extra hour-n-fifteen in the car and go to Sunday River.
